Shipping Policy

PRODUCTION (TIMES):

Keep in mind that we order on demand. Therefor we take about 1-2 business days to create our Tshirts. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. 

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 5 business days or less. Basically we do everything to get you your order in a timely fashion.

Keep in mind that all our items are created manually. Therefor it can be that the end product you’ll receive can slightly differ from our product photos. Please allow slight differences lining up at the seam since It’s not possible to perfectly align patterns or images from front to back.

Hoodies and Other Products
Our hoodies and other products take a little longer than our other items to hand make and therefore require 3-4 business days production time.

How long shipping takes really depends on where you are from. To make it easy for you we created this simple table to help you estimate:

SHIPPING CHARGES:

We think quality should speak for itself. Therefor we only charge shipping on one off orders. Basically this means that For everything you order above 175$ on , winwool.xyz shipping is on us!

WHERE OUR ITEMS ARE MADE:

It depends on your country of residence. We have 14 factories in USA. Where it’s made, depends on what factory is closest to you. This way you can be certain your item is at your doorstep the fastest way possible ?

We also have a factory in China that takes care of other products: shoes, full print hoodie. This is why shipping takes a bit longer with our products.

NOTE: if you order different product styles it might be possible you will receive multiple packages.
